Fire and Ice is probably the second best night club, next to Fluorescent. Which is not a good thing. Being second best is...kind of worst. Your so close yet so far. The manager of Fire and Ice try desprately to be better than Fluorescent, though it never works. Though they have a great bar, a big DJ and pretty hot people in there, they're just not there yet...and might never be.
